Welcome to Beaumont Community Primary School

Beaumont Community Primary School opened in September 2003. It is situated adjacent to the new housing development of Aldham Mill to the North of Hadleigh. The School's name reflects the school's position "beau" for beautiful and "mont" for hill (beautiful hill) but also derives from the name Beaumont which features in the town's historical past.

The single storey, cedar clad building has accommodation for 140 pupils. The building includes five classrooms, activity areas, library, ICT room and sports hall. There is also a 26-place nursery unit, which is open for morning sessions between 8.45a.m. and 11.45a.m. The building is built to be energy efficient and has many innovative environmental features including solar panels, a "living roof" and wind turbine.

Beaumont Community Primary School is a school that values standards and achievement.
We are extremely proud of all that goes on here.

As our website demonstrates, the children at Beaumont are supported in their learning by dedicated staff, governors and parents.
